body of water question

Hi all,

Does anybody know the name of the body of water that is just east of 
exit 207 of IH 15?  I stopped there yesterday on my way back from San 
Diego, and it was covered with ducks.  I saw Mallards, Lesser Scaups, 
Redheads, American Coots, Northern Pintails, Northern Shovelers, 
Gadwalls, Green-winged Teals, Cinnamon Teals and Buffleheads, just to 
name a few.
