Subject: Ducks at a Distance guide FREE


"Ducks at a Distance" is now available from S.C. Department of Natural 
Resources for FREE. The handy guide shows differences in size, shape, 
plumage, flocking behavior, wing beat and habitat. It emphasizes their 
fall and winter plumage patterns, as well as size, shape and flight 
characteristics.

You can request a copy by calling Stephanie Thompson in the Columbia 
DNR office at (803) 734-4001 or by writing to Ducks at a Distance, DNR, 
P.O. Box 167, Columbia, S.C., 29202.

I can vouch for earlier versions of this as a useful tool. Don't know 
about the more recent one though.
