Green Canyon Birds

Hiked the trail above Green Canyon in North Logan on Sunday and saw and heard some cool birds.

Turkey Vulture

Hermit Thrush

Western Tanager

Virginias Warbler

Ruffed Grouse

Lazuli Bunting

Black-headed Grosbeak

Red-naped Sapsucker

Mt. Chickadee

Brown Creeper

 

Thunderstorms cut the hike short. I will be taking the trail all the way next time and backpack into the Mt. Naomi wilderness area and take the trail all the way over to Smithfield canyon.
