Lewis's Woodpecker on "usual suspects" list

Mark and everybody,

There's a new page called the "Usual Places" (for the usual suspects)
which lists places that are not listed under "Birding Places" but that
are good places to find specific birds.  The Lewis's Woodpecker is
listed on this page with directions -- here's the link:  (click on
"Usual Places" in the top menu)

If anybody has directions to this kind of location where you can
usually  find hard-to-find birds, please send them in.
