Zone-tailed / Black Hawk Question

The Utah Lake State Park bird identified as a ZONE-TAILED HAWK just may turn out to be a COMMON BLACK HAWK. Some birders from Arizona who saw the photos have suggested that it might be (some say it definitely is) a Common Black Hawk. Here's a link to the photos and a bunch of interesting comments about the bird and the photos.

(This is a good chance to become familiar with a couple of birds that we don't get to see much here in Utah).
