Highlighting exceptional birds

It has been suggested (and I think it's a very good idea) that we put the espceially good birds that we report, in bold or ALL CAPS so that those birds won't be overlooked when we're reading through the Bird Talk and Birdnet messages.  I think that will be helpful.
