Lee Kay Ponds... the usuals

Hi All,

I stopped by Lee Kay Ponds a little before lunch to see if anything interesting
was skimming around. Just the usuals. Although there was a dead Black-crowned
Night-Heron on the opposite side of the road at the base of a fence. Couldn't
see what might have caused it.

Heres the list:

Forester's Tern 11
Common Tern 2
Snowy Egret 1
Americn White Pelican 4
Canada Goose
Mallard
Redhead
Ruddy Duck
Cinnamon Teal
Western Grebe 4
Clark's Grebe 2
Pied-billed Grebe 1
California Gull
Ring-billed Gull
Marsh Wren
Red-winged Blackbird, Yellow-headed Blackbird and Brewer's Blackbird
BH Cowbird
Cliff Swallow, Barn Swallow and Tree Swallow
American Avocet, Black Necked Stilt, and a Killdeer
Song Sparrow and Savannah Sparrow
Mourning Dove

That's About it!

Good Birding!
