Some interesting sightings from this weekend.

Saturday, April 12 --
   Utah County:  Harris's Sparrow, in breeding plumage and singing, 1/4
mile in from beginning of Provo Airport dike road (paved section,
northeast end).  Also Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs on the south side.
   Carbon County:  2 Sandhill Cranes at south end of Scofield Reservoir,
Bald Eagle on west side.
   San Juan County:  Osprey, Common Loon, Greater Yellowlegs at Recapture
Reservoir.  Western and Mountain Bluebirds, and White-breasted and Pygmy
Nuthatches at Devils Canyon area.  Sage Sparrows and Sage Thrashers in
Church Rock area.

Sunday, April 13 --
   Grand County:  Blue-winged Teal at Matheson Preserve (Moab), seen from
the wildlife blind.
   Emery County:  a couple dozen Common Loons, Red-breasted Mergansers,
and a White-faced Ibis on Huntington Lake (State Park).

90 species total on this beautiful weekend.
