Directions:  (From Spanish Fork) Take 400 North in Spanish Fork and go west about 5 miles to 4800 West  (that's the first place the road turns) This corner is a good place to view the wetlands. You can also go north to 6300 South and turn left (west) and go  a couple of blocks to a dirt parking lot on your left from which you can view the slough from the north side.
(After birding at Swede Lane, River Lane or 4000 West in the Lake Shore area): Go south on 4800 West to 6300 South and turn right (west) a couple of blocks to the view area mentioned above.

Birding: (Spring) Cinnamon Teal, Ruddy Duck, , Sandhill Crane, American Avocet, Black-necked StiltWillet, Wilson's Phalarope
 
Rare birds: Common Moorhen (Jun 2009), Blue-winged Teal (Jun 2009)
