characteristic behaviors:
Nests in a conifer at a height of 4-60 feet, in a pendant nest. This species is a rare cowbird host. This species is an insectivore: upper and lower-canopy gleaner.
Habitat: Breeds in Utah in sub-alpine conifer and aspen habitats.
