Summary: The Committee recommended that
record #2010-42 be resubmitted as two different records so each bird could be reviewed
separately. (This is the record for the bird with the "dark bill"
and #2011-45 is the record for the bird with
the "bicolored bill" ) There was some thought that this might be
a pale Thayer's Gull but in the end it was accepted as a Kumlien's Iceland Gull.
