Unbelieveable!! A Rufus Hummingbird just
showed up at my feeder. That's 5 species of hummers this spring. The
Costa's departed early, the Anna's have been gone about a week, leaving only the
Black-chinned and the Broad-Tailed. The little, red devil just succeeded
in running off 2 Black-chins and is standing guard in the ash tree. Good
luck to the Broad-tails!
