East Canyon Northern Pygmy-owl

The East Canyon/Morgan County Northern Pygmy-owl was seen again this 
afternoon in the "usual" spot--on SR-66 between mm 4 and 5 below the 
East Canyon dam where green surveyor's tape has been tied to a bunch of 
grass.  Paul Higgins photographed the bird both eating a mouse and 
ejecting a pellet.
