Re: Possible Scarlet Tanager



I was headed west for my Breeding Bird Survey work this a.m., and 
stopped by the Valley View Cemetery at 8:00.  There were House Sparrows, 
House Finches, Mourning Doves, Starlings, a Barn Swallow and lots of 
Magpies, but did not see any Tanagers.

  I saw a Scarlet Tanager in the North end of the Valley View Cemetery,
  >  West Valley City, yesterday (Tuesday  31, about 1:30 pm).
  > It was in the area where you first enter the cemetery on the north
  > end as you exit off of 4100 South.
