Hi all,

A persons list is their own and they should be able to put whatever they 
want on it.  But if you are to compare your lists with others it best to 
follow some rules so you can get a more accurate comparison.

This is why the ABA was first started.  They have "Listing Rules" that I 
believe most birders follow.
