The Salt Lake Tribune -- Utah Lake boundary puts bay on private land

This a link for those of you who did not see the article in yesterday's
Tribune about landowner attempts to co-opt, drain, and develop Provo bay.
This is not a joke, and those of us with interests in Provo Bay other than
financial need to sit up and make ourselves heard. Survey crews have been
very busy out on River Road during the last week or so.
