Last year I participated in the USGS Western Shorebird Survey. To date I
have not received any info regarding the status of the survey and the survey
dates. Has anyone else who participated in this survey received any information
on what's going on this year????

P.S. Are surveyors also subject to this new bird tax? I called IRS and they
said maybe.
