Northern Mockingbird

As I was leaving Decker Lake (Salt Lake Co.) a few
minutes ago, somethng caught my eye in the trees in
the parking lot of the Franklin Covey retail store. 
In amongst the starlings was a Northern Mockingbird. 
Shouldn't this guy also have migrated by now?
