I just got back from walking along the Jordan River. By the Oxbow Trailhead
(3100 S. 1000 W.; Salt Lake City), I saw a Snow Goose flying over with a flock
of Canada Geese. I also saw a Wood Duck in the river just north of Parley's
Creek Outlet. I was on the east side of the river by the Larry Miller's Parts
Warehouse. Farther north by the Docking Park, where the next footbridge over
the river is, I saw a male Barrow's Goldeneye with a large flock of Common
Goldeneyes, all in all a good birding walk.
