Could these possibly be Short-billed Dowitchers?

There birds were in the southeast side of East Bay, in Provo near "Night-Heron Island," on Tuesday,
May 1st. (Seems a little early for dowitchers to be showing up).

This is a very tricky ID, but I figure there maybe enough hints in these pictures, that somebody
might be able to say whether they're the more common Long-billed Dowitchers or maybe -- could
they possibly be Short-billed Dowitchers?

Thanks,
Milt Moody
