Directions: Grove Creek Canyon is located at the East end of 500 North (becomes Grove Creek Dr.) in Pleasant Grove, Utah County.

Birding: There are areas of thick squawbush, rabitbrush and sagebrush at the mount of the canyon that are good areas to check.
 
Specialty birds: Lazuli bunting, Bushtit, (winter) Winter Wren (T. hiemalis), Townsend's Solitaire, Golden Eagle

Other Close Birding Areas:
    
 Anderson Park - Go west from the trailhead parking lot about 0.2 miles to Dalton Ave. (about 1100 East) and turn left.  As you go south this becomes 1300 East.  Go to 200 South (Battle Creek Dr. and turn right going west. Go to 950 East and turn right.  Go north about 1 1/2 blocks to the park.
     Battle Creek Canyon - Go west from the trailhead parking lot about 0.2 miles to Dalton Ave. (about 1100 East) and turn left.  As you go south this becomes 1300 East.  Go to 200 South (Battle Creek Dr. and turn left going east.  Go about 1/2 miles to the Kiwanis Park parking area at the mouth of the canyon.
