Directions: Glendale is about 10 miles north of Mount Carmel Junction on US 89.

Description:  The small town of Glendale, Ut has small rest-stop that is part of the Grand Staircase / Escalante Natl. Monument park system. It can be found on main street (HWY 89) between 200N and 100 N on the West side of the road. There is a small information kiosk, a large picnic pavilion, and a few restrooms. The rest stop is surrounded by orchards and is a great place to eat lunch and look for western bluebirds and other southern Utah specialties.
