From Interstate 15, traveling north:
a.. Take Layton exit # 330 and follow the frontage road to the intersection of Main Street and Gentile Street.
b.. Take a left (west) on Gentile Street.
c.. Take a left on 3200 West.
d.. Drive to the end of 3200 West, which turns into a dirt road.
e.. The visitor center is located at the end of the dirt road.
From Interstate 15, traveling south:
a.. Take exit # 331.
b.. Take Hillfield Road west to Main Street.
c.. Turn left on Main and follow it south to Gentile Street.
d.. Make a right on Gentile Street and drive to 3200 West.
e.. Take a left on 3200 West.
f.. Drive to the end of 3200 West, which turns into a dirt road.
g.. The visitor center is located at the end of the dirt road.

Specialties: American White Pelican, Peregrine Falcon, Sandhill Crane, Long-billed Curlew, Marbled Godwit, Snowy Plover, Franklin's Gull, Common Yellowthroat; (in migration) Black-bellied Plover, Long-billed Dowitcher; (winter) American Pipit
