Evanston Wyoming Christmas Bird Count 2005

On Saturday December 17, 2005 14 people in 5 vehicles, 1 snowmobile, and 2 persons at feeders participated in the humble Evanston Wyoming/Utah Audubon Christmas Bird Count. Highlights were 288 Greater Sage-Grouse,
our count target species, 3 Ferruginous Hawks (could be some double counting here), Snow Bunting and Black Rosy-Finch. Noticeably absent were Great Horned Owl, Wilson's Snipe, woodpeckers and blackbirds.
