I first started photographing raptors to document specific plumage traits and shape characteristics to be used in my articles and especially for my book "Hawks From Every Angle", but enjoy photographing all wildlife and landscapes. I think it's important not to disturb birds for the sake of photography. I am working on a new hawk ID guide at the moment.
