| Background: Coming of age in the deserts of southern New Mexico and Arizona, Adam developed passion for birds and the environments they inhabit. He built his observation skills and his appreciation for natural history while attending school in the Pacific Northwest. He returned to the southwest to learn more about desert ecosystems and their past and present inhabitants. Adam’s interest in photography emerged as he began to document the ruins and rock art he visited throughout Arizona and Southern Utah. When Adam chose to pursue a career in conservation he honed his photography skills to document his experiences with birds of prey. He currently combines his passion and hobby as he lives and works in southern Utah with his wife, Alison, and dog, Cedar. Equipment: Cannon EOS Rebel,10D, 20D - Cannon IS 100-400mm.
