Northern Utah (NU): Counties: Box Elder, Cache, Carbon, Daggett, Davis, Duchesne, Juab, Morgan, Rich, Salt Lake, Summit, Tooele, Uintah, Utah, Wasatch, and Weber.

Uintah Mountains (UM): Counties: Daggett, Duchesne, Summit and Uintah
