Field Marks and Identifying Characteristics: |
Grayish yellow head with brighter yellow chin and breast. Bright yellow
eye ring with a dark horizontal streak running from base of bill to
other side of eye ring. White underbelly. Gray wings and tail with white
streaks in places. (see photos) |

how were they eliminated: |
Pine warbler. Bill is thicker than Pine warbler and also has a little hook at the end. Lacks the streaks on the breast and sides that Pine warblers have. |
